What roles and work positions is your methodology suitable for?
We work on
roles that we feel we will be successful on. Because we focus on direct search
and don’t work very often with the active candidate pools it’s more difficult
for us to find certain roles where people don’t have much direct digital
connection, such as entry level roles or blue-collar laborers. Typically, we
are most successful on mid-level specialists up to senior managers.
What is the difference between an onsite and offsite recruiter/sourcer?
The difference between onsite/offsite services lies in the location. Off-site Sourcers/Recruiters work remotely from the agency’s offices. On-site Sourcers/Recruiters work directly from the client’s offices, hence becoming a part of the internal HR team.
What are the differences between RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and the classic supplier model?
RPO is a service tailored to the specific needs for your internal recruitment. Our clients can outsource a certified specialist (Soucer, Recruiter, HR Business Partner) or various HR services (longlisting, shortlisting, market mapping…). Our RPO services are paid for on a monthly basis depending on the scope of the services provided. In the classic supplier model, the client pays for successfully placed candidates.
