We are looking for a new role PTP Process Manager of the international process management team to be hired by a strong player in the telecommunication industry based in Bratislava.

The position will cover the following duties and responsibilities within the Procure-to-Pay area:
  • Cooperating with the PTP Global Process Owner on optimization strategies
  • Analysing processes and identifying opportunities to improve them
  • Evaluating and realising process while enhancing IT system in order to reduce the costs and increase the level of efficiency and quality of the area
  • Conducting projects of different complexity type
  • Setting up and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Developing basic concepts for the improvement of IT
  • Producing training material to conduct in-house-trainings for staff

Requirements

You are a degree graduate in Economy, Accounting or Information Technology area, fluent German speaker with previous experience as cross-border project leader or manager, preferably within shared services, and with implementation and improvement of processes.

It is recommended to be experienced in consultancy, in the financial area of an industrial company and in the current methodologies of project management.

Good informatic knowledge are required as well, in particular with SAP /Modules MM/FI – advantage MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

To fit our requirements, you need to possess strong presentation and communication skills, be flexible to travel nationally and internationally, having corporate attitude and service behavior.

Your personality is analytical, responsible, reliable and flexible and with a strong attitude towards achieving quality.

Your work approach is structured, accurate and independent and you are able to work under pressure with perseverance while dealing with open issues.
