Strong, American production company is looking for a team mate to CUSTOMER SUPPORT/ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE role, who sits in heart of execution of sales, buying and logistics processes with their customers all around the world.

What is it all about?

Serve as account support for an American international plastics producer.
You would be responsible for working cooperatively with sales team and all internal resources to ensure complete customer delight and providing a one point of contact for customers based all across the world, mainly in EU.

This is to be done with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.

Your daily duties will include:
  • handling and following through with all customer inquiries
  • working closely with production, quality, lab, logistics and all other internal departments to ensure customer orders are being met and communicated
  • process customer transactions such as quotes, feedback and returns.
  • develop relationships with assigned customers and account managers using a "partnership" approach
  • monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
  • proactively contact customers after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • communicate to the purchasing department unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products.
  • maintain strong proficiency with personal computer, PRIMOS, all Microsoft office software and Adobe Acrobat.
  • assist Account Managers in the development order process.
  • chase hot orders and provides proper communication to customers on status.
  • send out requested certificates, including copies of invoices, etc.
  • manage/assist in price adjustment activities.
  • Assists with maintaining inventory levels set by management and customers

Who are you?

Do you have previous experience with customer service of any kind?
Do you have customer service in your bones? Think about all examples that can prove this statement :)
Are you dynamic, excellent communicator, but you are also detailed oriented when it comes to admin work?
You are keen to have an American (native speaker) boss?
Do you really want to use your language/languages ona daily basis?
Are you independent, reliable, able to cooperate across multiple departments?
Your English is on C1 level - written and verbal? (German is big advantage)
Are you proficient user of MS Office?
University Degree - advantage (also for Graduates with some customer care background)
  • German Language is advantage!

And yes... Do You Have a "can do" attitude and the mentality that if I can do it, it's part of my job.
