What is it all about?

We are searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant, who will work directly with General and Finance Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly professional, capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced company environment.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage day-to-day schedules in such way, that the executives are able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way
  • Participate in planning and attending business related meetings, including preparation of agendas and papers
  • Efficiently execute all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, preparation of presentations, processing the correspondence, purchasing orders and invoices, expense reporting and documentation compliance, record maintenance, filing and copying
  • Support the GD and FD in finalizing the financial outputs/outcomes
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments
  • Be a partner with other teams including HR and Facilities department

Who are you?

  • You have Secondary with school-leaving examination or University degree
  • At least 1 year of experience on similar position is required (part – time or full/time)
  • You are able to work under pressure and have an ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • You have ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping your bosses adequately informed and also utilize sound business judgment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (also in English) are must
