What is it all about?

You can imagine this opportunity like HR Generalist role (without recruitment):

  • Making correct HR data entries in the required systems (personal data, position related data, compensation, benefits etc.)
  • Ensuring timely storing of all obligatory HR documents
  • Creating contracts, amendments, contract extensions and their processing
  • Archiving all required documentation as per the established process such as child allowance forms, work permits, reference letters, entry forms, exit checklists, alumni forms etc.
  • Supporting time and absence administration in connection to the whole employee life cycle
  • Providing guidance and support to the involved parties in case of any related questions arise in connection to the labour law.
  • Being backup for other HR experts when needed (e.g. international mobility/international assignments, unpaid/paid/maternity

Who are you?

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative functions supporting HR agenda or payroll (bigger-sized international company is preferred)
  • Overview in Slovak Labour Code; you as consultant will be between company employees and external payroll provider, so you should be comfortable in this area
  • At least intermediate level of English; you will receive correspondence in English and meet native speakers in the Kitchen every single day
  • Solid PC skills (MS Excel, Workday & PeopleSoft is advantage); there will be plenty opportunities how to improve process from your own initiative
  • Self-driven, precise person who is eager to learn and monitor labour changes continuously
