What is it all about?

You will help to build up well-organized and cross-functional internal communication at all company levels which in turn helps everyone see the big picture, drive productivity, loyalty, innovation, and belief in what the organisation is doing and everyone’s role in making success happen.


Your daily agenda will cover the following:
  • Manage guidelines for internal communication
  • Maintain and develop internal communication channels (e.g. TV screens, internal corporate social network, intranet, newsletters)
  • Facilitate preparation of success stories and short articles within Communication community
  • Cooperate with Global Corporate Communication Department and act as point of contact for roll – out of the global initiatives
  • Prepare key presentations, townhalls, cooperate on event preparation to support Management Team
  • Support HR in recruitment area – communication approach towards potential employees


External communication
  • Manage appearance in external media
  • Update external channels as well as social media
  • Prepare branding design of marketing materials (in close cooperation with global communication department following global guidelines)

Who are you?

You are assertive, creative and proactive person with Can Do attitude, and excellent verbal & written communication skills in both, English (C1) and Slovak (C1).

You are well-organized and detail-oriented person with technical mind in terms of preparing presentations in PowerPoint/Adobe/Photoshop and/or other tools to make a content understandable, modern and catchy for the management.

You are also political sensitive person who knows ''how it works'' in fast-changing environment within Shared Services.

You enjoy communication with people from diverse culture, as you are an emphatic person able to understand their success stories to share them in the most appropriate way.

You have experience with internal communication, branding, change implementation and work for management team
