Your activities will include:
  • Hunting for new opportunities with the area (80%) - you may build up customer base by starting with the porfolio of our customers in our different divisions
  • You will closely work with an purchasing and customer care departments as a part of the sales cycle
  • You will definitely manage Cost management - Pricing - Calculations
  • Primiraly, you will be responsible for sales volume, revenue and profitability goals, following up on pricie offers you amed to customers
  • As a great relationship builder, you will etablish professional relationships

  • Ideally you have an bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years technical marketing, engineering, or sales experience with the company or in the plastics industry.
  • Experience with polypropylene & polyethylene sales is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized.
  • You demonstrated ability to develop new business and achieve profitable sales in highly competitive markets.
- Must be able to travel to customer sites and other required travel – approx. 70%
  • Skilled in the use of basic computer software, including word-processing and spreadsheets.
  • English is a MUST + any of the communicating level of Slovak/Czech, Hungarian or Romanian
  • Demonstated experience with calculations, price offers, cost management is a MUST
  • Extensive experience working with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • You are a great communicator
  • You build relationships and netowrk with people
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset
  • MUST be able to communicate in ENGLISH other languages (HUNGARIAN, ROMANIAN) is a plus
  • In case, you have been already operateting within mentioned countries, it's going to be a MAJOR PLUS
  • You are ready to travel ~3-4- days per week
  • You enjoy working from home office based with good connection to key markets of SK-CZ-RO-HU (others markets could be added pending on the candidates location) or office based in Voderady/Trnava area SLOVAKIA.
