What is it all about?

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for the relationship between Regional Shared Services and Legal Entities utilizing services as defined within the negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA). This includes effective & efficient execution of the Service Management framework as defined by the Global Service Manager. The individual will act as the first escalation point for any issues related to delivery of services that do not meet the defined targets outlined in the Service Level Agreement.

Who are you?

  • 3+ years in shared services
  • 3+ years working within service / product pricing and cost recovery models
Advantage: Good understanding of StP, QtC, HtR, BtR, IT, CON processes
Advantage: Desirable: Working experience in products industry (Business to Customer)
Advantage: Experience in Quality programs / process improvemen
Advantage: Experience with customer survey’s (set up, execution, data analysis and reporting)
Advantage: Experience of Startups / setting up customer service organizations
  • Process Management experience including the ability to apply, gauge and interpret process metrics - Project management experience (Advantage: Transition project experience)
  • Leadership experience
  • International experience
  • Master degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or CPA (or equivalent professional experience)
