What is it all about?

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will manage activities of Team Leaders within a large collections department (60+ employees) divided in smaller teams covering different processes within one region. Your core responsibilities would be:

  • Take responsibility for the timely and accurate OTC reporting of financial results as well as keeping compliance with accounting rules, internal corporate procedures, and SOX controls
  • Achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets
  • Set-up of Team Structure to support above
  • Manage, motivate and develop Team Members
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely processing of daily transactional volume
  • Monitor the performance and quality of the accounting activities performed by the accounting team based on KPI´s and initiate timely reaction to any missed KPI targets
  • Ensure that external partners and regional partners receive accurate and on-time information
  • Drives efficiency savings via sharing of best practices and deliver continuous improvement savings
  • Establish clear objectives for performance and quality across all Corporate / BU Finance departments

Who are you?

  • Education related to economic field especially in accounting, finance, controlling
  • Experience in 2nd line Management within Finance department and 2 years experience with leading and developing people ( within Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment is a plus)
  • Leadership: ability to lead scope of 90 FTEs
  • Innovative thinking; excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English language
  • FIA Diploma, Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress or equivalent knowledge required
  • Solid PC skills (MS Office package), SAP knowledge/Oracle & HFM experience is an advantage
