What is it all about?

The Talent Acquisition Center is responsible for all hires in Europe, across all business units. The team acts as an advisor to the internal and external talent labor markets, the business and HR teams.

As a SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITON SPECIALIST you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA and be responsible for full life cycle recruiting (25- 30 vacancies at the same time).

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out day-to-day talent acquisition efforts for highly complex, unique and dissimilar positions and leadership level recruitment across a number of functions and business groups
  • Assist managers in validating position requirements and provide consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy
  • Calibrate and manage team workloads and act as a coach/mentor for team members
  • Deliver end-to-end expert recruitment services for our business and take responsibility for all aspects of operational recruiting
  • Work closely with TA manager, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies
  • Prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
  • In addition, you play a key role in delivering process improvements across the Global Center of Expertise
  • Conduct and lead additional projects to drive corporate talent acquisition strategy forward

Who are you?

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, but not mandatory
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Significant experience 3+ years in corporate and/or recruiting company, including sourcing and FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITING
  • Technology aptitude - experience with Workday or Taleo (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
  • Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
  • Ability and passion in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural competencies
