What is it all about?

The Talent Acquisition Center is responsible for all hires in Europe, across all business units. The team acts as an advisor to the internal and external talent labor markets, the business and HR teams.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA and be responsible for full life cycle recruiting (15- 20 vacancies at the same time).

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on our team you are responsible for various projects to build the employment brand, pipeline top talent, conduct research projects on a specific market or group of competitors, and drive additional applicant flow through marketing activities. In addition to assisting with interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.

Your responsibilities:
  • Carry out day-to-day talent acquisition efforts for positions with medium degree of difficulty and some complex positions across a number of functions and business groups
  • Assist managers in validating position requirements and provide consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy
  • Act as a coach/mentor to junior members of team, e.g. sourcers
  • Prioritize the urgency and importance of requisition load and builds diverse pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
  • Recruit for positions in entire EMEA region with the independent ability of acquiring and accessing information necessary to fill these positions
  • Adhere to KPIs set within Talent Acquisition team
  • Work on small projects aside day-to-day operational recruitment activities

Who are you?

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent through experience (1+ year)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Relevant background in sourcing and FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITING (15+ vacancies at the same time)
  • Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches
