What is it all about?

Global Alert Handling team is growing so we are looking for a Team Leader or an experienced Team Coordinator with a strong potential to cover following fields:
  • managing daily operations for a team of 10-15 people (entry-level)
  • KPI and SLA reporting
  • HR responsibilities including mentoring, coaching, inspiring, hiring, firing, 1to1 meetings, motivation, training newcomers and further development
  • daily stand-ups to set up short-term goals and priorities, handle with escalations and report to Head of department
  • participation on agile related project, process improvements and migration of new services

In order to you are able to understand the Payments Processing process and acting as a Role Model, your background should be from Shared Services/ Banking environment (finance, customer facing process or related).

Your team will be responsible for:
  • screening of international payments of the Group within internal bank systems
  • customer screening
  • investigation and verification of generated alerts against sanction lists
  • analysis of suspicious financial activities
  • advising and proactively communicating following up the possible risks
  • communication with branches worldwide

Who are you?

  • Junior Team Leader with 1 year of experience or Team Coordinator with 2/3 years of experience with coordinating a small team only
  • Fluent English C1
  • Experienced within fast-changing work environment (preferable within finance related process)
  • Team player with Can-Do attitude, problem solving skills and proactive approach to achieve exceptional results
