What is it all about?

The department of Retail Banking is responsible for back-office processing of services on a Global scale.

You will manage a team of maximum 15 analysts, who take care of customer requests related to the onboarding and the utilization of main Retail products (Current accounts, Savings, Consumer lending, Cards etc.) for various Business Partners. The team is responsible for managing investigations and escalations related to these products.

As a Leader, you will coach and inspire your team-members, encourage them and help them in the transformation to the self-steering team according to the agile way of working.
By leading by example you will contribute to achieve the best results and develop the autonomy and responsibility of the members.

You will monitor the processes performance and apply Operational Management practices to improve it, implement changes and develop reporting activities. You will cooperate with other teams in the local SSC and build strong and trustful relationships with Business Partners

Who are you?

We are looking for a mature people manager who led the teams of 10+ members, preferably within SSC environment.

Do you consider yourself as a result-oriented, accurate and positive team-player who has drive for changes and go extra mile? Perfect! We prefer leader with a fresh mind-set instead of rigid thinkers.

Do you have banking knowledge as well? Are you familiar with payment and retail processes? This is a big plus. Also additional European language (French or Italian) is considered as an advantage
(the team supports French and Italian clients, your manager will be the native Italian, too:)
