In GoodCall our Talent sourcers and recruiters work on project basis where every project is unique selection process with individual approach to the client and resources.

  • How to search candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media
  • How to communicate with talent: from fresh graduates to senior management
  • What headhunting techniques are most effective
  • A LOT about people: their talents, aspirations, moods, replies, no replies:), salaries, CVs, social media profiles
  • Work with internal database which GoodCall evolves and is "user friendly"
  • create, design and measure unique HR marketing campaigns
  • Basics of project management and how the recruitment projects are planned, meassured and analyzed
  • How to win the table football game:)
  • cooperate with Naty and Pali, our partners who are over 10 y. in the business
