GoodCall was created to wake up the industry. We wanted to introduce a new concept of recruitment company to show the market that there is a different way to do recruitment and sourcing and even, employment. And luckily our innovative brainpower wasn’t limited just to how we interact with candidates or clients, but actually begins with our employees.

We don’t have a dress code. We don’t have official office hours. We don’t limit the number of home office days you can take per week or per month. We do expect people to simply use good judgement in all aspects of their work.

We have a Social Committee including one member of management, whose task it is to come up with fun things to do on a monthly basis so people don’t only work! We’ve gone to the theatre, organized movie night, played beach volleyball, had dinner in the dark, and lots more.
