VTS (Virtual Talent Sourcing) is a service we created to offer our clients the assistances of our sourcing specialists in off-site mode. We offer services such as Longlisting, Shortlisting, Market Mapping and systematic work with external candidate communities.

What services does VTS offer? (longlisting, shortlisting, market mapping..)

VTS services are tailored to the specific needs of the client: A longlist is a list of suitable candidates for the given position. A shortlist is a service where we send the client the CV’s of suitable candidates that are interested in the position. Market mapping is an analysis of the market in a specific field.

How much does it cost?

The costs of VTS projects is derived from the Sourcer’s/Recruiter’s hourly rate and the time taken to source suitable candidates satisfying the client’s demands.
