GoodCall was established in early 2014 when we saw that the recruitment market had become stagnant and frustrating. Although candidate behaviour has changed drastically in the past 10 years, very few recruiting practices have caught up.
We started GoodCall to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment. We’re on a mission to wake up the industry and evolve the human relations market to help talent and companies efficiently connect.

We use social media, video and the market’s only mobile app for recruitment to finally engage candidates the way all other industries do.

Blake is responsible for leading and inspiring the GoodCall business. He launched and expanded one of Central Europe’s premier executive search firms, but he also has rich experience from award-winning online startups.
Milan has over 14 years of experience in the market and has managed some of the most significant recruitment projects in CEE. He lead and built the largest international recruitment organisation in the region.
Josef is the author of a revolutionary recruitment book People as Merchandise. He was one of the first LinkedIn headhunters in Europe and a well-known trainer and presenter of modern sourcing techniques.
Natália has more than 12 years of experience in human resources and management. She is a reputable expert in the area of talent management and hiring and process effectiveness improvements.
Pavel has almost 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent management in various industries and service sectors. He also has experience in temporary staffing as well as outsourcing solutions.
