We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and facilitate agile processes in our projects, ensuring effective team collaboration and process optimization.
What is it about?
- Key Role in Managing Projects: Play a key role in managing projects and guiding teams towards goals using agile methodologies.
- Responsibility for Facilitating Scrum: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain project timelines, remove impediments, and enhance team collaboration.
- Collaboration with Business Representatives: Work closely with business representatives to define and improve processes, ensuring alignment of business with project goals.
- Goal of Achieving Higher Scrum Team Maturity: Aim to achieve higher Scrum team maturity levels and support continuous improvement within agile methodologies of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global projects focused on indirect materials operations, including demand management, sourcing, and supplier processes across a SaaS platform consisting of four modules: Vendor Management, eCatalog, eSourcing, and Analytics & Contract.
- Develop and improve corporate reporting tools to standardize and normalize data from diverse systems.
- Collaborate with business units to define and optimize purchasing processes, gather business requirements, conduct analyses, and develop actionable plans.
- Facilitate communication and relationship-building with business stakeholders globally.
- Conduct feasibility studies, validate digital solutions, and coordinate with IT teams for application development and maintenance.
- Assist users in understanding and adopting new IT solutions related to procurement.
- Document IT processes, define test scenarios, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) meet business needs.
- Manage project progress and assigned budgets in line with global IT purchasing standards.
- Promote knowledge sharing and alignment across regional teams.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally with international IT Purchase projects.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with outsourcers is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to dealing with deadlines
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and the ability to effectively organize Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- University degree in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
