Seeking a Senior Process Improvemen (SSC/GBS) with expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to lead and optimize the Procure to Pay /P2P/ Process.

What is it about?

We are looking for a hands-on Process Improvement & Execution Lead to support global PTP process optimization initiatives.

  • This role reports directly to the Global Process Owner and focuses on process mapping, improvement execution, and change management rollout across global operations.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a practical, execution-driven mindset and the ability to translate process design into real operational impact.This role reports to the Head of Global Business Services and will work closely with global teams in the EMEA region.

Objective: To lead high-complexity, cross-functional projects that optimize P2P cycle times, reduce invoice/PO defects, and enhance compliance, resulting in significant financial savings and improved vendor/stakeholder satisfaction. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must /B2+/
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance processes, with expertise in P2P and E2E frameworks.
  • Ideal background from SSC, GBS models - automotive, production, or any that included supply chain management 
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preffered.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on a senior level.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in global transformation programs is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
