Which positions can you fill?
We only work on positions we believe we'll be successful with. Since we primarily use the direct approach and rarely work with active candidates, it is difficult for us to fill positions with candidates who are not present online. These are mainly people at the start of their career and manual workers. We focus mostly on mid to senior positions.
What's the difference between on-site and off-site recruiter?
The difference between on-site and off-site services is the location. Off-site sourcers / recruiters keep on working from our office. On-site sourcers / recruiters move on to your place of work and thereby become a fully present part of your internal HR team.
What's the difference between RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and the traditional “supplier model”?
RPO is a service specifically adjusted to your needs. With RPO you can outsource certified specialists (sourcers, recruiters, HR business partners...) or various HR services (creating longlists, shortlists, market mapping...). Our RPO services are paid on a monthly basis based on the scope of work whereas in the traditional model you pay a fee for a successfully placed candidate.
